When will I receive my hair?

All orders take 2-3 business days to process. Processing occurs Monday to Friday. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on public holidays are processed the following business day. 

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out. You will receive an email from us.

Please note during sale periods processing make take up to 5 business days. 

What are my delivery options?

All orders are shipped using a first class signed for service. We ship worldwide.

Standard delivery (FREE): 3-7 Business days.

Express Delivery (£9.99): 2-3 Business days.

Please note during sales and holiday periods delivery times may be longer.

When will I receive my tracking information?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive n email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update. Please, also check spam/junk mailboxes as sometimes tracking information is sent there.
